My work is twofold. One is to copy things around me and the other is to produce things by instructions.
Things around me include things of daily necessities, poems, art works of the past including my own.

I juxtapose the made and its reference to show that the made is not made out of nothing, that is to say,

it is nothing new but only a repetition of what used be around all the time.  For me juxtaposition is a way to

visualize the difference between the made and  its reference and to make the repetition a single and particular event.

Through copying, repeating, and reproducing I would like the plural to meet the singular and

“she” to meet “Gwiwon Oh”.
